endless purpose 💫
the only coping mechanism that doesn’t poison you from the inside
I discovered in 2018 that I hated corporate life, so I learned to live on $20k a year and started teaching myself a better way to make money.
It’s been a struggle.
I’ve missed out on a LOT of the experiences my peers had.
I’ve been poor for the last half-decade while hustling 60+ hours per week.
I’ve failed SO many times.
I’ve been insulted and ridiculed by friends and family.
And now, I’m on a trajectory to make more money in 2024 than I’ve EVER made before.
Without a 9-5.
No one gets the opportunities they deserve.
They get the ones they take.
Life is pain. It’s the burden of the living to create a purpose.
But why should you?
Because, purpose is the only coping mechanism that doesn’t poison you from the inside.
So, here’s my advice to you.
Pause.
Stop taking frantic action in a state of panic.
Just pause.
Breathe.
Think.
There’s a decent chance that you’ll still be alive 10, 20, and maybe even 30 years from now.
What do you want to be doing at that age? What do you want your typical day to look like?
Take your time with this. Let the image build.
Then, once you have a decent idea of who you’d like to be three decades from now, start making a plan.
What do you need to do this year to lay the foundation for your 30-year dream?
Then, just start.
Happiness comes not only from acheiving your dreams, but also from knowing that you tried your best.
Failure doesn’t matter.
The work itself is the reward.
Namaste.
